Lassen County District Attorney Stacey Montgomery Endorses Eric Early for California Attorney General
LOS ANGELES, CA – California Attorney General candidate Eric Early has been endorsed by Lassen County District Attorney Stacey Montgomery, the Early campaign announced.
“Crime, homelessness and opioid addiction are rising in California, but the appointed incumbent, Xavier Becerra is ignoring these public safety threats, and is instead obsessed with suing the Trump Administration and pushing unconstitutional Sanctuary State laws,” said District Attorney Montgomery.
“Eric Early’s top priority as Attorney General will be protecting law-abiding Californians from criminals and predators,” said Montgomery. “He’ll end the politicization of the Attorney General’s office and re-focus it on crime-fighting and public safety.”
“District Attorney Stacey Montgomery is on the front-lines of fighting crime every day,” said Early. “She knows first-hand what law enforcement and law-abiding citizens are up against in California, and I am tremendously honored to have her endorsement.”
Montgomery joins a growing list of California leaders supporting Eric Early for Attorney General, including former Los Angeles District Attorney Steve Cooley, Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens, Former Los Angeles County District Attorney Robert Philibosian, Senate Republican Leader Pat Bates, Congressman Darrell Issa, KFI-AM Talk Radio Hosts John and Ken, Gas Tax Repeal leader Carl DeMaio, and many other elected officials and grass-roots organizations.
The Primary Election is June 5, 2018. Absentee ballots have already been sent in the mail. Support Eric Early for California Attorney General. It is time for a common sense Republican in Sacramento.
