Newcomer Raises More Than $200K In Less Than Three Months
LOS ANGELES, CA – Los Angeles attorney and businessman Eric Early demonstrates fundraising prowess during the last quarter of 2017, raising just under $209,000 since entering the race for California Attorney General. His campaign also reported a healthy $125,110 cash-on-hand, according to campaign finance reports released yesterday.
“Running for public office is a marathon, not a sprint,” said Early campaign advisor Andy Gharakhani. “Eric is taking the energy and focus he used to build a successful law firm and applying it to our campaign fundraising, and the results speak for themselves.”
“This shows donors and activists are responding to my campaign to restore public safety and integrity the Attorney General’s office by depoliticizing it and refocusing it on crime-fighting,” said Early. “Californians are tired of Becerra’s grandstanding and publicity stunts.”
Early’s campaign has been endorsed by a growing list of statesmen and leaders, including former Secretary of State George Shultz, Senate Republican Leader Pat Bates and Senator Joel Anderson.
